Jens Risom living at Hotel Alexandra
Copenhagen boutique design hotel, Hotel Alexandra, recently added a Jens Risom room to their range of solo-designer rooms. With a wonderful collection of furniture, Hotel Alexandra is decorated with iconic mid-century modern Danish design pieces. Arne Jacobsen, Finn Juhl, Nanna Ditzel and numerous of the greatest Danish designers are represented here, and we are proud that Jens Risom is now added to this collection.
The hotel room is furnished with a dark blue sofa, two magazine tables, a 654 lounge chair, two round side tables, a desk, a bench and a side chair. Additionally, the room is decorated with a vintage Jens Risom world globe combined light source, a Risom inspired cane headboard, office accessories and reprints of original Jens Risom Design advertising.
The Jens Risom room opened September 21 and was realized with great help from official Jens Risom manufacturers; Design Within Reach , Ralph Pucci and Rocket Gallery who sponsored the furniture for the room.
