Founded in 2016, Form Portfolios is a design firm that owns and manages the work of historic and contemporary designers. We champion the legacy of each designer through partnerships with brands, cultural institutions and galleries. Form is based in Providence, Rhode Island, with a creative studio in Copenhagen, Denmark.
As the trusted partner for designers and brands, we uncover and curate unique portfolios. Guided by our relationships across the design industry, we introduce or expand collections for a global audience of design lovers.
